Transferring with no chapter

I’m in a fraternity at another school but no chapter at Georgia, would I have to re-pledge or I’ve heard some frat just let you join

What you're talking about is a social affiliate without becoming a fraternity member. You just pay the social fees and meal plan, and sometimes can also live in house. IDK which chapters do that. You need contacts or to make friends with members to be accepted as a social member.
