It depends; if it's your brother in another chapter it can get you a little extra consideration during rush, unless that other chapter has a looser reputation somehow with the UGA chapter, then that rep would work against you. But legacy from your dad at another chapter is not much at all. Legacy will never be the thing that gets you a bid; it is more important that you have personal connections and are accepted on your own merits.
