Time for the truth. Whether they are participating in COB or not, the following sororities are currently not at chapter total and eligible to do so:

It’s too bad many of them won’t participate because of how it’s perceived. And good on those who do and don’t care!

Just because you haven't heard about it doesn't mean bids aren't given. There is no "participate", this is not some secondary rush in the spring. Many sororities just give out a few bids to girls they have already had their eye on who they know are interested. COB doesn't necessarily mean that sororities hold rush events, or even announce that they are looking for new members. A lot is just on the DL unless a house is way under Total.

ADPi totally made this up. There are a few houses doing COB. Upholding that mean girl rep…only way to look good is by making others look bad.

ik for a fact they did. zta and tri delt were on the list. my friend is membership vp for our chapter and showed us the emailed list of eligible houses from Panhellenic

Making Quota during Recruitment has nothing to do with being under House Total. Total is what determines if or how many a house can Open Bid.
