Gamma chi’s know because they know what the pnms tell them. The sorority sisters know because they have been rushing girls and competing for the socially active, sweet, cute girls with the other sororities. They know who they got and who they lost to other sororities. Frats know because they were watching and listening. Word gets around.

Thirsty sororities hype up their own houses, alums do the same, and frat boys and outsiders judge on looks alone. None of these things have anything to do with a quality PC. This site is crap. Do you think there is some all-seeing authority deciding so-called tiers?
