Do we know which houses didn’t make quota and night do continuous open bids?

COB is finished. It ended at midnight on Sunday for those chapters who were eligible to allow for the new sorority (Alpha Xi Delta) to begin recruitment. Dphie and SDT were the only chapters who didn’t hit quota.
