One house prefs

I was invited to pref at one sorority. If I list the sorority as my number one, will I be guaranteed a bid? Is there a chance another house will offer me a bid if this sorority doesn’t ask me to join?

You will get a bid as long as you did not choose to suicide only one sorority.
