Who does cob during fall

Snaps - Sororities who don't match to quota after pref will snap bid. They snap the pnm's they liked who dropped out. A pnm has to have been through at least the first round of recruitment to be eligible for a snap. There are not really many snap bids given. Stronger recruiting chapters hardly ever snap bid.

COB - Any chapter who didn't make quota on bid day or is below chapter total can offer bids to meet those numbers. So it depends on how these numbers shake out after rush as to who might have open spots. Some chapters will not COB in fall. Some are on the COB list, meaning they are open to meeting girls who are interested, but not every chapter who has a few spots is open to meeting interested girls because they already have an idea of who they are going to offer them to.

it honestly depends. if i remember this list form last year, houses that were doing fall COB were kappa, pi phi, sdt, dphie, agd, and dg! but it really varies from year to year!
