If you actually go and look at the dates of when each chapter was founded here half of them aren’t even the oldest ones as they claim to be

Some of these chapters are older than you think. Sometimes they've closed and rechartered for various reasons.
DPhiE was originally founded at UGA 1935
AXiD was originally founded at UGA 1960
Now I'm not saying either of these are "Old Row" but let's face it, UGA doesn't have old row and new row.
