how do top sororities get away with dirty rushing??

i keep seeing girls in class of 2027 with a bunch of members hanging out over the summer and i thought dirty rushing wasn’t allowed? how do they do it and not get in trouble?

The school has faculty from certain sororities who protect them or sweep things under the rug.

Because it's not actually dirty rushing and is allowed by panhellenic. These aren't recruitment events, they are just girls who already know each other from high school or wherever hanging out together. That is allowed as long as it's not a sorority function. You can't un-know girls you already know and contact is allowed with pnm's up until August 2. No rule breaking, no dirty rush.
