Next group after top

Incoming freshman here who’s been browsing just to get a general consensus. Ik Ka/sae/Fiji/etc are the top frats but what are the second tiers? I’ve been hearing a lot abt ato but at the same time I’m hearing a bunch about how they’re Doing a ton of self rates and aren’t even second group and are more like 3rd/4th tier

Sorry but delta sig is not a second tier fraternity here, definitely not close to as good as phi delt, sigma chi, sigma nu, etc. nice try.

Everyone that goes here knows that ATO is not a top tier fraternity here lol.. but doesn't discount the fact that they'd be top at 99.99% of schools and they're still very well established here with great social connections.
