end of calendar tiers

Besides old row, everyone in each tier probably got a bid from another fraternity in that tier. All fraternities in each tier are about the same, just wherever you fit in best.
1. Chi Phi, KA, SAE
2. EX Fiji AEPi and sig ep
3. ATO, beta, pi kapp, LXA
4. Snu, Pike, AGR
5. Delta Sig, Phi Delt,
No one else matters.

Yea AEPI and Sig Ep should definitely be moved down a notch, and Lambda moved down also.
