Most Accurate Ranks going into Fall 2023

Top: ADPi, KKG, Theta, Phi Mu
Lower Top: Chi O, KD
Upper Mid: ZTA, AOII, DDD
Mid: APhi
Lower Mid: SK, DZ, GPhi, AXO
Upper Bottom: Pi Phi, DG, AGD
Bottom: SDT
Lower Bottom: DPhiE
A lot of tiers, but this is the most accurate ranking going into the fall. APhi has one of the best social calendars and many girls would rather go APhi than SK, DZ, etc, but they still COB and are new so they haven't broken into DDD, ZTA, AOII range. KKG is still top even if they didn't have the best year. They have the best relations with the Old Row frats. One really great PC, and they'll be back above ADPi. I could see Pi Phi breaking into lower mid with another great PC and GPhi dropping down, but we will have to see how rush works out.
