SK hasn’t fallen that much yet. Maybe after fall rush this year but for now they’re still a solid house. DG has been moving up but I’d probably still switch them with AXO.

DZ should be at the top of the lower tier (ahead of APhi though), and Alpha Gam probably deserves to be above Pi Phi.
