Do old row sororities vote transfers in from other schools?

Most chapters don't automatically affiliate someone without meeting them first and deciding as a chapter. Has nothing to do with what you are saying is old row, which is just a made up thing anyway, it's about their nationals' policy.

Let me guess: you did not get into uga for freshman year so are going to your safety school intending to transfer. So you're going to rush there to try to get a house based on what you think of the ones here, and just affiliate right on in. Yep, we've seen that before.
