Lower Top: KD, KKG, XO, AOPI, ZTA
Upper Mid: DDD, SK, Gphi
Mid: Aphi, DZ, Piphi, AXO
Lower Mid: Agd, DG
Bottom: SDT, DPHIE

It can shift between the tiers a bit but I feel like this is pretty consistent
