To be fair. There has to be a lot of tiers since theres a lot of fraternities but everyone from mid to top are all very good. You only start seeing weirder guys below mid

AEPi is ranked too high here, half of their chapter are rich legacies and the other half are very weird MF's. If you moved them down this would be 100% spot on. Top 14 groups are very good and would be anywhere.
