best frats?

Whats are the top frats at Georgia and will being a northerner hurt your chances of getting in the top tier frats?

I know northern guys in good fraternities here, but you need to know that the right word is "fraternity" and not "frat." Not sure if it's a southern thing or not, but a lot of men in Greek life here don't like the shortened version. Play it safe and say fraternity. Also, a big part of the rush process for fraternities takes place in the summer. If there's any way you can get down for summer parties, it would be good. Not saying you won't get a bid if you don't, but try to make some if you can. Register as early as you can and contact rush chairs to let them know you're interested in summer parties.
