Being unbiased, based off of how rush turned out and who has had the best parties/socials/mixers so far from fall.

Almost Top

Definitely mid
PKP/DSP/SPE/BTP
Maybe mid
AEPi/TEP/OX/DTD
Almost mid
SP/AGR/BYX/TKE

Top - best history and still dominant.
Middle Top - also good history but less dominant. Pretty much even with above. (Maybe SAE or ATO should be moved up)
Lower Top - last of the groups with good history and are comparable to the above row, but not to the Top. They don't pull pledges heavily from specific parts of the state/country to be comparable to top.
Def Mid - you can say these groups have good history but I would say it's more inconsistent at this point. Also these are the last groups that pull from top srats, which they do decently.
Maybe Mid - these groups might not have the history or pull of the above groups but they are slowly becoming better and better.
Almost Mid - last of the groups that are respected DT, at tailgates or who throw parties.

If you are going to talk about "history" then you need to put SAE as top. Hurting lately but absolutely 'Top" for last 100 years. just like KA and Chi Phi
