im curious. why does chi phi have a lot of brothers from new jersey. i know theyre old row but i thought old row meant southern old money like ka and sae. chi phi has a lot of brothers from the north specifically jersey

Top tier fraternity here I think their lifestyle caters more to a lot of kids from the north/Atlanta (Westminster) more than KA and SAE who are from atl but a lot from south/central ga
