Sooo many things wrong with this one lol

1) move up KD and Kappa
2) switch Alpha Phi and Gamma Phi
3) move down AXO
4) switch DG and DZ
5) move down Pi Phi
6) Alpha gam is the best house out of the the bottom tier group (including Pi Phi)
