Mid: DDD, SK, GPhi
Lower Mid: APhi DZ, AXO, PiPhi
Bottom: DG, AGD, SDT, DPhiE

Issues all around with this one.
Switch KD and Kappa. KD is a solid top tier house. Kappa is great too, but they fell a bit behind the other top houses this year.
Move down GPhi and put DZ ahead of APhi for obvious reasons.
Switch Pi Phi and DG. DG just isn’t bottom tier anymore, but Pi Phi has been slipping lately and was way below quota this year.
