Cob likelihood?

Hey so I dropped before pref due to only getting my bottom house back but I’m really wanting to still be in Greek life and was wondering the likelihood of getting a cob? I’ve signed up but don’t know how rare they are and I’m not particular on which house

COB is most likely happening at houses you didn't want to begin with. You should've tried out your bottom house. They wanted you.

Yea I was thankful they wanted me but I couldn’t help that I didn’t see myself there at all and had much better connections at different houses

About half the houses do cob, some are just more discreet about it than others. Nothing wrong with it, just means there’s more spots available.

Don’t take COB. Just rush next year. If you accept a bid from a sorority you don’t think you like and go through initiation, you can’t rush ever again.

If there are specific sororities you are interested in, reach out to their recruitment chairs. Let them know why you are interested in their chapter. You might hear back or you might not, but worth a try. The sooner the better so you can get involved.
