Stop with a million rows...

by:

Top

KA ChiPhi > ATO Fiji SAE SX

Sorry but old row doesn't mean what it used to and it shows with SAE who was already soft.

Upper Mid

SN PDT KS PKP > SPE PKA BTP DSP

All of these groups have summer turn outs and have good guys and sororities show out often. SN and PDT are both boring house parties but they pull more during off campus stuff to make up for it. People slept on SigEp but they are still a soft dry fraternity. Beta is like SN and PDT minus the extra pull and Delta Sig and Pike either throw pretty good off campus events (DSP) or massive parties (PKA).

Lower Mid

AEPi TEP OX DTD > SP AGR TKE BYX

The better 4 here are the last groups that throw pretty good events from time to time and get especially good when other groups are less active. the other 4 you will see dt.

Bottom but still fun

Not going to list the rest but they are here.

OX had a much more quality pledge class than expected this year. Still in the recovery process but well on the way to being back up faster

Both OX and DTD pulled in solid guys while other groups like Beta and DeltaSig underperformed. We will see how things go.

Our campus and community needs to put more emphasis and effort into creating inclusive spaces.

SigEp stands out as a forward-thinking fraternity in all issues, including gender. SigEp has traditionally treated gender as binary, when we live in a world with increasing awareness that gender is not always binary. SigEp’s membership is currently restricted those persons who identify as male, but there is limited space in Greek communities across the country for non-binary individuals to engage.

SigEp is leading the way towards the future of Greek organizations in the United States as gender inclusive organizations. SigEp is convening a task force to explore removing any screening of gender from its membership criteria and this will also expand SigEp’s recruitment pool.
