Chi Phi struggling?

They struggled last year big time, didn’t fill their pledge class and turned a lot of people off. Heard the same thing is happening this year. Only hard core users. What is going on?

Haha shut up every decent fraternity at uga is gonna fill if they want this year record # of rushees and pnms all that matters is quality rn since a lot of high schoolers and fiending for bids
