Alpha phi rank hot take

It appears that Alpha phi self ranks and are in a different spot in every rank. They are solidly in lower mid tier which is impressive considering how new they are. Nice house and seem to be getting more selective within their niche in terms of superficial qualities at least. However, they still need a year or two to get their PCs more consistent and maybe they could move up below/compete with tri delt (don’t hate me for saying that). PNMs.. a phi reputation is TBD but they need to shut down the rumor about splitting up their PC into cool/uncool members for socials. Alpha phart is funny tho..

Alpha phi self ranks so much and they still can’t agree on where they rank… I don’t think they will be in competition with tri delt anytime soon.

who do you think tridelt competes with the most? where are most girls going on pref when also going to tridelt?

I would say DZ, SK, and AXO mostly. Maybe AOPi.
