Legacies in sororities?

What sororities (if any) care about/big on legacies?

This question has no relevance. If you are a legacy to a sorority then look up their national policy on legacy and see if you actually qualify as one and how it relates to your recruitment. If you aren't a legacy then it doesn't matter in the least which sororities care about it or not.

Do look up the legacy policy you are a legacy to-many of the sororities changed their national policies this past year, with many doing away with the required invitation to second round.
