Reality of Old Row?

I'm going into rush this fall and was wondering how selective and hard it is to be invited back at old row houses if I know girls vs. if I don't? I'll get recs for them but even then how hard would it be? I'm not favoring them I'm just honestly curious.

Be open to all houses. Each is great in its own way. Truly old row versus new is just a way to make people feel better about themselves. Find the house that fits you!

Old Row is a Bama frat thing because it's an actual street of older fraternity houses. People at other schools have now co-opted the term because they think it sounds cool and exclusive. Throwing that term around here just says 'trying too hard' or 'insecure', neither of which is cool. There is no old row.
