Chi Phi is not top tier

Chi Phi is no longer top tier. Their reputation is killing them and people with bids at other houses are choosing the other houses. They are ending up with the rejects, not filling their pledge class, having people drop, doing spring rush to get more people, etc.

I watched a couple of brothers doing blow on their front yard last summer during a rush event. If that is your scene then this is your house.

It still takes dudes from old money lineages. So in the eyes of UGA, it's still top tier.
