Rushing for Fraternities
by: Rush adviceI am a sophomore at UGA and going to rush in the fall. I wanted suggestions on good fraternities to rush. I am also worried about pledging, not wanting it to get in the way of school that I fall behind in school. Pricing on how much to join a fraternity cost.

Pledging at UGA is rough- a big time commitment. If you plan on doing it - definitely under load your courses. Don’t listen to whoever said they don’t take sophomores- that’s just not true at all. Register for rush. Go to the summer events and find your place. I’m not going to list “good” frats because anywhere you fit in is good. They typically cost less than 2k a semester so around 3-3500 a year. Good luck.
