Chi O and DZ should both move down a tier. Chi O is definitely a mid tier house despite their “old row” reputation - they’re definitely closer to DDD than to Phi Mu.

Similarly, DZ is still part of the lower mid group despite trying to act like they aren’t. They’re too close with a lot of the bottom tier frats and didn’t do that great in recruitment last year.

i would drop gphi down a little, their past 3 PCs have been so weak and they don’t have a great sisterhood anymore. they r going to struggle recruiting in the fall and drop even further

KD is closer to AOPI and DZ falls right before A PHI. Just remember ranks matter way less than finding the house that’ll give you the most happiness. KD is great for girls who are passionate about social media and might want to pursue a marketing/fashion/PR career. DZ is a good sisterhood full of sweet, cute girls who do great in school but still go out and have amazing social lives!
