You can't pick and choose who you are rushing; they are rushing you and will decide to invite you back or not. So whatever opinion you form without even setting foot in a house and meeting them in person, especially if this pathetic site is involved, means absolutely nothing. Keep an open mind to all houses, because your choices will be made for you.

The only time you will really have a chance to choose between those two is if you get to pref and have those two to choose from.
By then you should be able to make up your mind.
Don't set yourself up for disappointment before recruitment even starts.
