Chi Phi current reputation?

Chi Phi legacy and headed to UGA. Hearing mixed reviews. Can anyone give me an idea about what to expect with them? Not sure I am interested based on a few things I have heard and seen (substance related - not my thing) but also don't want to cross them off because I know they are popular. Going in a couple of weeks and want some background.

Go. Am guessing you are invited to Lost. I pledged another place, but went to Lost as a Rushee several years ago. You will have a ton of fun. Athens, Pretty girls, free food and beer. If it is not your thing, move on and strike Chi Phi off your list. You have no downside in going.
