Upperclassmen rush quota?
by: DawgsDo sororities have different rush quotas between freshman and upperclassmen? If so are there also separate quotas between sophomores and juniors?

lol yes i rushed as a sophomore, my friends were in random houses and didn’t have enough pull and i still got a full card every round ! but make sure u look cute, are easy to talk to, and have decent academics/involvement
the upperclassmen quota only separates the freshmen from the upperclassmen. it’s not broken down by years, but sororities tend to prefer sophomores over juniors, and i’ve never heard of seniors doing rush.

Y'all need to understand that Quota is not a minimum amount a sorority has to take, it's the maximum number of bids any sorority is allowed to offer. No sorority is required to take anybody; membership selection is completely up to the chapter. Because freshmen are more highly desired, there is a separate upperclassmen quota so those older pnm's don't have to compete with freshmen for spots. So there are two separate Quotas, freshmen and upperclassmen. If you are rushing as a 2nd or 3rd year and have been on campus for a year or two and have made friends in sororities, you will have a much better chance at a bid. If you transfer in, it's much harder because no one knows you.

I’ve actually met other people who transferred and rushed (even juniors) that got big schedules and some with even full schedules back each round so I don’t think your year matters as much
