Just Below Upper Tier:

Sigma Chi
Fiji

Upper Middle:
Beta
Lambda
ATO

Middle:
AEPI
Delta Sig
AGR

Just Below Middle:
Sigma Nu
Pike
Phi Delt

Sigma Nu and Pike should move up, and Sig Ep should be somewhere.
