Why KA top or not ?

I would say they are not . I feel you have an old row cheering squad that keeps the mantra old row is the best . Personally groups like ATO, SNU, Phi Delt, Fiji, SX and also Chi Phi take guys from all over Georgia as well as plenty of OOS . These fraternities collectively are a better representation of Greek Life here at UGA. My 2 cents

Let me piggy back of the above . You have 3 old row fraternities considered as basically one. Everyone else is isolated on an island by themselves . Very difficult to build an identity when your up against a 3 headed monster . If one new row fraternity starts making and taking there potential pledges here comes the old row police to bash and besmirch the single fraternity. I’ll agree Chi Phi h as a good relationship with many of the “Top” new Row .
