No, there is never a mass text to everyone who filled out a form. There aren't that many bids to be offered and the houses already have some people picked out that they know they want. The houses with more than a few spots open are the ones more likely to invite additional girls to an event or something to get to know them better. They would check out your insta but they would also ask around about you too. You have already been on campus at this point and people know you, or know of you, and you have a GPA here now too. Your best shot is if you have gotten to know members last semester from class or dorms or mutual friends, or if you went through fall rush and didn't finish, or if they have seen you around and know a little bit about you, or before that from high school or home town. It's really hard to get a spring bid if someone in a chapter doesn't already know you.
