Honestly curious to see the different mix of groups

I didn’t rush but my roommate preffed aopi and agd, and got aopi. This goes to show that rush is more about knowing people in a certain house or either getting extremely lucky, rather than just being a “top” pnm or whatever.

I rushed and preffed Theta and sk and went theta but I loved both and had a hard time cutting down to two and it’s def different for each pnm

So it's not really true what people say about old row rushing totally different people from new row. This person got cut from all the old rows except theta

That doesn’t mean she got cut from all old row. It means she prefed Theta and SK. Maybe she didn’t like the other old row houses and like SK better. Rush is about fit. It shouldn’t be about reputation.

Not pref, but I went to both of those a houses for spring COB. Ended up at a 3rd house but not sure why Kappa is considered top tier here based on their spring events

Kappa actually takes a lot of girls who pref at lower ranked houses. They’re mainly considered top tier because they have a well-established reputation and, more importantly, have great relationships with a lot of top frats.
