new sorority houses

any sororities getting new houses anytime soon? schools like bama, florida, and even nc state are passing us you’d think uga would step it up

But local alumni are too lazy and controlling to build new houses.

The cost of lumber, labor and other items are way too expensive during this time of inflation. Plus the supply chain right now is out of control, it would take over a year, maybe longer to complete the construction of a new house. For right now it would be better to do just minor renovations as needed.
