The fact is that UGA enrollment has shrunk and has gone from the largest university in the state to the 4th largest. GA State is now the largest, followed by GA Tech and then Kennesaw. While UGA has had a very slight increase in enrollment, the top 3 have had explosive growth in the past few years. This, combined with the changing composition of students enrolled and the national bad rep that Greek life constantly gets has caused a hit in membership.

Haven't even been able to say or read the word "pandemic" with a straight face in over a year and a half. Try much more appropriate alternatives, such as:
- Scamdemic
- Response to declared / so-called public health emergency
- Plannedemic
- "This stupid sh.it"
- The Great Reset
Hasn't affected the south as bad as you've noticed because it's purely political and psychological. The "pandemic" has not done or changed anything in the world, only government response and people's willingness or un-willingness to comply with totalitarianism with a psychological origin in TV and social media propaganda.
