Let’s talk about lower tiers

I think DG is about to rise above AGD and Pi Phi. They’ve been getting better and better.
Only saw a small portion of Dphie’e PC on bud day but looks like they’re getting some cute girls and less weirdos, which is good for them.
SDT also did well bjt they aren’t a house most girls are concerned with

DG has improved, but it is not close to passing pi phi or agd.
Both DG and AGD have worked miracles over the past decade, especially AGD. Pi Phi has slipped A LOT during that time.
DPhiE…I’m curious how close did they come filling a pledge class this year?

I think Pi Phi and DG have the best chances of rising personally. Totally based on them being powerhouse sororities nationally and their nationals willing to help them because UGA is such a big Greek school. AGD is doing amazing but nationally they aren’t huge so hopefully they continue to rise. D Phi and SDT will always have their type of girls and I know some from class that I really love, but they just don’t have the national presence, or southern presence, to keep up. Overall I think all these groups are light years ahead of their reps from 15 years ago and while they’ll all keep improving my money is on Pi Phi and DG.

I personally think the less popular or “bottom tier” houses should be allowed to be smaller and be allowed to make cuts.
In a system that tries to make every house the same size, one house is inevitably going to become “the house that doesn’t cut anyone.”

I think pi phi is totally underrated on here. I have friends from my dorm who picked them over what others on here call “top” houses because they have an amazing sisterhood, a commitment to authenticity that is just absent from so many houses here (which was so obvious during rush), and a strong national presence and leadership. Whatever criteria people on here use to rank houses just isn’t capturing how great some houses really are, but particularly to me pi phi!

pi phi doesnt have very good sisterhood and a weird mix of girls imo
