Lower Top: Kappa, Zeta, AOPi, Chi O
Upper Mid: DDD, SK, DZ
Mid: APhi, Gamma Phi, DG, Alpha Gam
Lower Mid: AXO, SDT, Pi Phi, DPhiE

I ranked Pi Phi in my bottom 5 and cut them after round one. Three girls in my group went to there for pref: one had DPhiE as her other house (chose Pi Phi), one had DG (chose DG), and one dropped (not sure what her 2nd house was or if that was her only option). Overall, Pi Phi was def one of the least popular houses what I heard from them and other girls in my dorm who rushed. Alpha gam on the other hand seemed like a typical mid/lower mid house IMO

As to what “Nah” said I think it just depends on the girl. If you aren’t looking for the indistinguishable 8 or so at the top of this list, then you’re in it for something different. I know girls who put Pi Phi way ahead of what others on here call “top tier” houses. I also know other girls who went to pref at Pi Phi and picked them over their other pref houses including DG, AGD, GPB, AXO and DZ. What Pi Phi offered was just something more genuine. And they ended up with a bunch of great girls because of that. But to each his own. Rankings on here really are just sad.
