I’d move down Pi Phi tbh. They struggled last year too, and this year they lost a bunch of PNMs to AXO, Alpha Gam and DG.

Completely agree. I’m not sure why Pi Phi had such a bad rush, but they were definitely one of the least popular houses with PNMs this year.
