Fall 21 Unbiased Rankings w explanations

Not in order within tiers but this is the general consensus: (all of these groups listed are 100% worth rushing)

Tier 1:

KA, SAE, Chi Phi - old row, will always be top whether people like it or not. Pull the best with old row sororities and have the most wealth and influence. SAE starting to fall behind the other two groups.

SNu, Fiji, ATO - All super solid places to rush. SNu easily gives out the most bids here but a great fraternity. FIJI and ATO ahead of SNu here most of the time. ATO = less out of state guys.


Tier 2:

SX, PDT, PKA, DSP - SX probably the best out of this group. Consistently rushes great kids and has an amazing house with a great location. Phi delt has slowed down and they’re starting to have a hard time with rush but have decent pull with sororities. Pike is rising and throws great parties and socials but has struggled in the past with their sketchy national reputation and bidding some goobers. Delta sig is a newer group but are on the come up due to the biggest chapter size and ending up with the largest pledge class class year.

Tier 3: PKP, KS, BTP, SPE - Pi kapp recently renovated their house and has great sorority relations, however, they bid alot of ung kids. KS rechartered but needs to bid ung kids to fill up a pledge class though they have better old row connections than most fraternities. Beta is falling likely due to smaller pledge classes and just being more lowkey. Sig ep is down here and falling due to no pledgeship and strict rules from nationals but do end up with solid pledge classes that girls love.

Tier 4:

Anything below this is super subjective/niche (no disrespect to these groups, all have something to offer).
