idk if this is a hot take but kd aopi and zeta seem to be doing better than most old rows, save maybe adpi. kappa gave flash bids last year and many other old rows are getting desperate imo

And reasons do you think new row is doing better than old row? Old row is still far prettier, more social, and hangs with better frats more often. The only really comparable one is KD.
