Makes more sense than tier divisions. No category is better, and the frats each house mix with are 9 times out of 10 gonna be in the same category. Some of these are informed decisions others relied on guess work

Old money (color blocking, debutante, religious private school girls) : ADPi, Kappa, AOPi, Phi Mu, AXO, SDT
New money (brand names, influencer, all attention is good attention): KD, DDD, SK, APhi, DZ
Both: Theta, Chi O, DG, PiPhi
Neither: GPhi, AGD, DPhiE
