Do top sororities here accept girls from CA?
by: help pls answer!!!i’m rlly scared to rush bc i heard schools like georgia, bama, and other southern schools only accept southern girls into top sororities. ik being from california can either be a blessing or a curse but im seriously nothing like it. i’m conservative and rlly see myself in the south but i just rlly want to get into a top sorority. answer plsss

I have met multiple girls in KD who are from California and some in Tri Delt, Theta, and Kappa... I’m sure that being from California won’t ruin your chances by any means but I do know some top ones like Kappa and ADPi do strongly prefer “Southern” girls
I think what’s most important is your resume, how you carry yourself, what you want to contribute to the chapter, any connections you have, and your attitude/enthusiasm during rush
