HELP (sorority recruitment)

is it possible to get in a top sorority like Kappa from out of state )not Texas) and with little connections. I know of one girl in Kappa but i’m not best friends with her. She definitely knows who I am and I think (or at least hope) she thinks I would fit in. I just would love to go Kappa because they seem to have great sisterhood and so much fun. Going any of the other top sororities would be great too but I don’t have connections to those ones.
