Chances at top tier sororities with few connections?

by: Freshman

Hi,
I'm a rising freshman at UGA. I have a 4.00/4.4 GPA, took 12 APs, pretty solid resume/extracurriculars. I'm great at talking to people and pretty outgoing. I plan to be super involved at UGA. I think my face is maybe a 6.5 or 7/10 but I do have probably a 10/10 body and great fashion sense. I'm a Phi Mu legacy. I live in Sandy Springs/Buckhead and used to go to private school but did public school in HS.
I know OF a lot of people at UGA, and most of them are in top tiers, but I am not actual friends with any of them.
Do I have a shot at top tiers or am I screwed bc I didn't go to private school and bc I don't have great connections?

tiers don’t matter. if you care that much about it they won’t want you bc you’re desperate

If you have decent t!ts that's all that matters, don't let anything else fool you, it's all empty self-promotion.

As someone who is in a sorority here at UGA, I would not post specific information about yourself because we can easily be able to tell who you are and that’s just not a good look. If you’re having to go to Greek rank to figure out whether or not you have a chance at top tier, you probably don’t. Especially if you’re trying to list out your gpa like sororities don’t actually care about that when considering girls unless you’re failing.

Get lots of rec letters if possible, be yourself during recruitment, and don’t talk about boys, booze, religion, partying, or politics during requirement. You will end up where you’re meant to be & if you don’t like where you end up for whatever reason you can always rush again (if you don’t accept a bid). They can cut you based on their requirements, but as rounds get smaller you’re really just ranked on the conversations you’re having & if you seem like a decent fit for the sorority.
