what are the reputations of each frat? which are the strictly southern bids ones and are there any northern/out of state frats?

ChiPsi - super wealthy old southern money. Old row and easily the best pull and house.

BYX / SigEp - they rage face and are HEAVY drinkers, their hazing is REALLY bad though. The longest pledge ships at UGA.

No one else is relevant.
