Well technically dphie is the most pathetic since they literally have to give a bid to anyone who breathes, but I think adpi/kd are the worst about dirty rushing and bid promising.

our zeta zisters omg!!! they practically live on GR and self rank all the time. they think everyone’s lives revolve around them but no one gives a damn about a zeta. also adpi was very desperate and gave out too many COBs because no one wanted to rush them.
